Arlyn Crow

Arlyn Crow has litigated hundreds of civil matters during his legal career, representing businesses, insurers, and individuals throughout New Mexico and across the United States. His practice focuses on business disputes, insurance litigation, construction defect claims, and complex civil defense.

Arlyn has extensive experience handling matters involving shareholder disputes, contract conflicts, mergers and acquisitions, insurance and reinsurance issues, construction accidents and defects, professional negligence claims, and wrongful death and personal injury litigation.

One of Arlyn’s primary practice areas is construction defect litigation. Prior to attending law school, he worked in the construction industry, giving him a practical understanding of the technical and operational issues often involved in these disputes. This experience allows him to approach cases with both legal and real-world insight.

Arlyn also has experience advising clients on professional licensure matters and issues affecting regulated industries.
