Winchell Gallardo is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on achieving positive outcomes for clients in litigation. Winchell is originally from Oklahoma, where he graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2025. During law school, he twice competed in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Uvaldo Herrera National Moot Court competition, placing third and fourth place, winning second best oral
advocate, and winning best written argument both years he competed. Winchell has a diverse background of legal experience; he has interned at a full-service private law firm, a city attorney’s office, with in-house counsel at a global manufacturing company, and served as a licensed legal intern with the Oklahoma state public defender. Winchell moved to New Mexico in 2025 and began his legal career at a boutique ligation firm in Albuquerque.
He joined Adams+Crow in May 2026. Outside of work, Winchell enjoys exploring New Mexico, spending time with friends, playing grand strategy video games, and pampering his pet cat.
